Please complete the Field Notes #1 activity. Go to the "heart" of your neighborhood (use your in-class brainstorm to determine this location), then write the unified idea of your poem at the top of the form. Then, observe for AT LEAST 15 minutes. Make sure that you bring your Vivid Verbs resource with you. Fill out the first two columns of the Field Notes organizer. Make sure that in the "Sensory/Active Description" column, you have written full sentences using both sensory language and your chosen vivid verbs.
